To enhance the user experience and pave the way for future improvement, WhiteBIT Card services have been transferred from http://whitebit.com to http://whitebit.ge.
To continue using your WhiteBIT Card seamlessly, all card owners must transfer their card data to the new domain. This article provides detailed information about why this transition is necessary and outlines the steps for a successful data transfer.
Why is the transition necessary?
The transition of WhiteBIT Card to whitebit.ge is an important step to ensure uninterrupted access to the service. All your data on whitebit.com will remain intact, and the transition process is needed solely to ensure continuation of your WhiteBIT Card services.
How to carry out the transition?
The transition applies to the users who are owners of virtual WhiteBIT Card or who have already applied to get WhiteBIT Card before the process was initiated. You can view video instructions by following the link.
- Go to the WhiteBIT Card page on whitebit.com platform. Your WhiteBIT Card details are no longer displayed on the page. Click on the "Start now" button. You will be redirected to the password recovery page, where you need to fill in your email address, which is registered on whitebit.com.
- Accept the terms of the WhiteBIT Card transition and enter 2FA code, if you have 2FA enabled on our account.
- You will receive an email from which you will be redirected to WhiteBIT Georgia platform website — whitebit.ge
- The system will automatically create an account for you on WhiteBIT Georgia using the same email address and a random password (which you will have to change after your first log in).
- Pass KYC verification on WhiteBIT Georgia. View the instruction in our article.
- After successful verification of your WhiteBIT Georgia account, your WhiteBIT Card will be automatically transferred, and you will receive the email notification about the successful transition.

Transferring funds to your WhiteBIT Card is optional. You can manually transfer any funds you wish to withdraw to your card at whitebit.ge. To do so, please follow the instructions:
